Special Campaign from National Leader to Father of the Nation Seva Fortnight-17th September to 2nd October

All citizens are hereby informed that, Revenue and Forest Department Government Decision No. Mar-2025/Pr.No.63(E Office No. 1296378) Coordination-1 dated 01st September, 2025, with a view to making the revenue administration more people-oriented, efficient, dynamic and transparent, a Government Decision has been issued on 01st September to implement “Seva Fortnight” under the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Maharaj Swa Mission during the period from the upcoming birthday of the Prime Minister of India, Hon. Shri. Narendraji Modi, on 17th September 2025 to the birth anniversary of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, on 02nd October 2025.

This campaign will be implemented in three phases namely “Panand Roads Campaign”, “House for All” initiative and “Innovative Initiatives through District Magistrates”.

In the first phase of the Seva Pandharwada campaign, survey of Shiv/Panand roads will be carried out from September 17 to September 22, action will be taken to register the roads which are not recorded in the Nistar Patra and Application of Wajib-ul, obtain consent letters to provide roads to the farms, settle pending cases of farms by organizing road courts, count and demarcate farms etc.

In the second phase of the campaign, from September 23 to September 27, the government land available for construction of houses under the “House for All” initiative will be provided with possession, the encroachments on government land for residential purposes will be regularized as per the provisions of the rules, and the leases will be distributed to the beneficiaries who have been allocated government land and whose encroachments have been regularized under the “House for All” scheme.

In the third phase of the campaign, “Innovative Initiatives through District Magistrates” will be implemented for Jalna district from September 28 to October 2.

Every element of the system will make efforts to make the campaign successful and it is being appealed to the citizens of Gadchiroli district to take maximum benefit from this campaign.

Service Fortnight organized under the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Campaign

On 29.09.2025, a camp was organized at Vinoba Ashram School, Kotmi under the Kotmi Mandal from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Present at the camp were Mr. A.B. Bhandekar, Deputy Tehsildar, Etapalli; Mr. P.G. Pilare, Mandal Officer, Kotmi; Village Revenue Officer Mr. Venkatesh Jallewar; Aadhaar Center Operator; CSC Center Director; citizens of Kotmi Mandal; teachers and students of the Ashram School.
Activities conducted during the camp:
1. House damage eKYC – 5 cases
2. Aadhaar updates – 19 cases
3. Income certificates – 5 issued
4. 8A and 7/12 land records – 12 issued
5. Income proof – 13 issued
6. Domicile certificates – 17 issued
7. Sanjay Gandhi Scheme applications – 2 submitted
Additionally, instructions were given to students, teachers, and parents regarding the collection of necessary documents for caste certificates.
